Acceptance

By using the site, submitting a tool, commenting, subscribing, or buying a sponsorship, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The service

HList is an editorial directory of AI tools. Listings, rankings, China-accessibility labels, and reviews reflect our checks at a point in time. They are not guarantees, endorsements, or financial advice. Organic rankings are not for sale.

User submissions

You confirm you have the right to send us the information you submit (tool details, comments, update requests). Do not submit malware links, illegal content, or personal data about others without a lawful basis. We may edit, refuse, or remove listings and comments at our discretion.

Sponsorships

  • Featured — paid placement with a clear Featured badge for a limited period (default one week unless otherwise agreed).
  • Expedited review — prioritizes queue review; it does not guarantee acceptance or a particular ranking.
  • Newsletter — one sponsor slot per agreed issue, subject to our editorial standards.

Sponsored outbound links use rel="sponsored nofollow". We do not sell fake reviews or votes.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record. Their checkout terms and refund/dispute processes apply to the payment itself. After payment, fulfillment (listing placement, review priority, newsletter scheduling) is handled by HList. If required tool details (URL/slug) are missing, Featured placement may stay pending until you provide them.

Accounts

Magic-link login is optional. Keep access to your email secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse votes, spam, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Intellectual property

Site design, original copy, and curated datasets are ours or used under license. Tool names and trademarks belong to their owners. Machine-readable exits (llms.txt, JSON, MCP) are provided for legitimate indexing and agent use — do not present our corpus as your own product without permission.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” We are not liable for third-party tools, downtime, or decisions you make based on directory data. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific sponsorship (if any) in the three months before the claim.
